1 Acceptance of Terms

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and lapak44 ("Platform"). This document takes effect as soon as you complete the account registration process or use any part of this website.

Continued use of the lapak44 platform after any update to the terms means you accept those changes. It is your responsibility to review this document from time to time to ensure you are always up to date with the latest changes.

These terms are read together with the lapak44 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which together form a complete agreement between you and the platform.

2 Member Eligibility

lapak44 services are limited to individuals who meet all of the following conditions:

• Aged 21 years or above at the date of registration.
• Registering in a personal capacity, not on behalf of any third party.
• Not voluntarily excluded or excluded by an authority from participating in gambling activities.
• Not declared bankrupt or undergoing a formal debt management process.

lapak44 reserves the right to reject registration applications or close existing accounts if eligibility conditions are found to be unmet, without having to provide detailed reasons.

3 Account Registration

Each member is permitted to hold one active account at any one time. Holding multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in all related accounts being suspended and balances held until the investigation is complete.

During registration, you are required to provide information that is true, accurate and current. The information requested includes:

• Full name as stated on your MyKad or valid identification document.
• Exact date of birth for age verification purposes.
• An active email address that can be reached.
• A mobile phone number registered in Malaysia.

lapak44 may at any time request a copy of your identification document for Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance purposes. Failure to submit the documents within the specified period may result in your account being temporarily suspended until the verification process is complete.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

lapak44 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

Deposit: The minimum deposit amount for all methods is RM30. Successfully processed deposits will be credited to your account within a short time.

Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100. Withdrawal processing time generally takes between 10 to 45 minutes. lapak44 reserves the right to request supporting documents before approving certain withdrawals as part of our standard security procedures.

• All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where possible.
• It is the member's responsibility to ensure that the bank account or e-wallet details provided are accurate and current.
• lapak44 does not bear any responsibility for losses resulting from incorrect payment details provided by the member.
• Withdrawals involving bonuses must comply with the applicable wagering requirements before they can be processed.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

lapak44 offers various promotions to eligible members. All bonuses are subject to specific conditions stated for each offer. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and the conditions of a particular promotion, the specific promotion terms will take precedence.

Welcome Bonus: New members who make their first deposit are eligible for a 150% welcome bonus of up to a maximum of RM1,500. For example, a deposit of RM100 will give a bonus of RM150 and a total balance of RM250, with a wagering requirement of RM150 × 10 = RM1,500 before any bonus withdrawal can be made.

lapak44 reserves the right to change, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Abuse of the bonus system, including bonus arbitrage or registering multiple accounts to obtain bonuses, will result in all bonuses being cancelled and accounts closed.

6 Game Rules

All games offered at lapak44, including online slots, live casino, sports betting and mix parlay, are operated in accordance with the specific rules of each game available on the platform. Members are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing.

Results generated by the lapak44 game system are final. Any game interrupted due to a lost internet connection or technical issues on the member's side will not void bets that have been validly placed. However, if the disruption occurs on the lapak44 side, we will review and resolve the matter in accordance with our internal procedures.

• Sports bets are subject to the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed.
• lapak44 reserves the right to void any bet suspected of being placed based on inside information or misuse.
• Any game result recorded on the lapak44 servers is the final reference.

7 Member Conduct

lapak44 members are required to use this platform in a lawful, responsible manner that respects other members. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Using bots, automation scripts, artificial intelligence software or any automated tools to play or place bets.
• Manipulating or attempting to manipulate the game system through technical means or otherwise.
• Colluding with other members to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or using the lapak44 platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC verification process.
• Transferring account balances to other members without prior authorisation.

8 Account Closure and Termination

You may close your lapak44 account at any time by contacting our customer support via live chat or email. Before closure, any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the relevant terms.

lapak44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate a member's account for the following reasons, including but not limited to:

• Violation of any terms and conditions in this document.
• Confirmed or suspected fraud or attempted fraud.
• Failure to submit requested identity verification documents.
• Unusual account activity that raises security concerns.
• Upon instruction from a regulatory authority or law enforcement body.

In cases of account closure due to a breach of terms, lapak44 reserves the right to withhold the account balance until the investigation is complete. The final decision regarding that balance is subject to the findings of our internal investigation.

9 Limitation of Liability

lapak44 provides the online platform "as is" and makes no ongoing guarantees regarding uninterrupted service availability. While we make every effort to keep the platform operating at a high level at all times, occasional technical disruptions may occur.

lapak44 will not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses arising from:

• Internet service disruptions or third-party connection issues affecting use of the platform.
• Unfavourable game outcomes, which form part of the gambling risk accepted by the member.
• Actions by third parties not under the control of lapak44.
• Data loss resulting from disruptions beyond our reasonable control.

lapak44's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances will not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10 Responsible Gambling

11 Amendments to Terms

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment is considered acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you are required to stop using the platform and close your account.

12 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

lapak44 operates under an international licence and complies with the regulatory requirements imposed by the relevant licensing authority. These terms and conditions are interpreted in accordance with applicable principles of international law.

Any dispute arising in connection with the use of the lapak44 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the member and lapak44. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the matter may be referred to a mutually agreed arbitration body.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be set aside without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
